My 1st Taobao Haul (Using Taobaoring) + Item Review
I ordered this haul with my friends last year? I finally decided to post this. Ooops. In total it costed about $200. I bought it using Taobaoring, you can see my review here. I think in total, it wasn't THAT worth it. Sure, you are getting it from the source but honestly paying the items' price in shipping hurts D:
Sorry I don't have picture of me wearing some of them because I actually never wore them.

Taobao haul!
(Only feature what I ordered not the whole group's)
The cape was excellent quality, but the belt/pelt thing had bad stitching.
Honestly, this was horrible. Buckles were held together by staplers!!! Some of them fell off immediately.

Bodyline Review and Haul (P226, L018, L187, COSTUME565, LDC050, COSTUME317)
In March, I decided to purchase from Bodyline. I debated long and hard and read through numerous reviews online about Bodyline. Since Bodyline do have mixed reviews I was sooooo afraid that I would have a bad experience. I'm going to give the whole experience of what I went through as detailed as possible. Let's start.
Before the Purchase:
I've wanted to buy from Bodyline since December of last year or January of this year because of their 2014 Lucky Bags, however, I was scared and was talked out of by my friend. And I thank my friend for it since when I now looked back to it now, I don't think I would liked what I would've received in those bags.
Cons:
Website
What I already didn't like about Bodyline before the purchase was the website. On multiple occasions it had some sort of glitch. I wouldn't be able to add items to cart or items' page won't show up. It was frustrating to deal with.
Also, the website has a bad layout and looks horrible. I wish there are options to refine what I'm looking for. What I am talking about is maybe options such as list the items from lowest price to the highest. And maybe a search bar would be helpful?
Sounds kind of rude
On the website, Bodyline warns you about many things. And maybe because of the language barrier but they sound a bit rude to me. They warn you about that if the items are lost after it shipped out of Japan, it is not their problem, and that they don't accept exchange, refund, cancellations.
Bad experiences from bloggers
There are quite a lot of bad reviews about Bodyline around the web and I was so scared that I would be one of the horrid stories.
Possible Fees
This was the biggest thing I worried about. Custom likes to charge "processing" fees that can add up to $30+. I was so scared that I would be charged since I never ordered from Japan so I don't know if I would be charged. The reviews online didn't help much because reviewers never really mentioned anything about custom fees or most of them chose EMS instead of AIR.
So all these cons really made me hesitate putting in an order. But in the end, I took a chance.

Taobaoring Review, A Taobao Agent. All the Pros and Cons.
Months back (I think back in November or so) my friends on Facebook decided to do a Taobao group order. And finally we got our package (not because of TBR's faults, but because I'm cheap ;3)
My friend decided on using Taobaoring. So this is my Taobaoring review. :3
Pros of Taobaoring
- I think what stood out from the whole experience was how VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY patient the agents were. There were a lot of miscommunications on our side because it was a group order and it was a big ong. Taobaoring handled all the confusion and all the mishaps so well. They were very patient and understanding. They let us know if there were anything wrong with our order, if we were missing any info. Honestly, if I was on their end, I would've totally quit on the order lolol (seriously, we were a pain to deal with). This is why I think Taobaoring really has amazing service.
- Second, they have a shipping method most agents don't offer: SEA (surface) shipping (for the cheapos). SEA shipping takes MONTHS. On Taobaoring's website, under Tracking Skills, there is an approx time for each international shipping method. It says on the site that it takes 2- 3 months, but worst can get up to 4+ months. Since we ordered right around the Chinese New Year, I knew this was gonna be bad >~<), but my school doesn't end until April, I didn't mind waiting months for the package. Our order' shipping took 74 days, which was worst than average but expected. So you can say Taobaoring is the cheapest agent out there if you don't mind waiting.

elf Makeup Haul! Wooot makeup!!!
So back in December I bought from ELF when they had their 50% off on all items. And I received everything in January and keep on forgetting to do a haul post for it. XD I kind of ordered a LOT since I was in need of so many things anyway. I was in a desperate eyeliner, foundation, concealer shortage, so it was super awesome that ELF (who is a super inexpensive drugstore brand) to decide to be even cheaper.
Everything came in a huge box and in a ELF transparent bag.
Yup, I needed eyeliner and really wanted to try out some gel/cream eyeliner. So I kind of order a lot, most in black but also brown, blue and plum.
